Hasanbeyler Irrigation Automation

This project, which is an advanced implementation of the manageable irrigation automation project, the first of which was carried out in Buldan district of Denizli province in 2020, is an automation project where irrigation planning, control and monitoring of a total of 616 farmers can be done through 154 outlets in 77 hydrants.

In our project, RF Lora wireless communication technology is used between the meter-valve assemblies and the control panels, allowing multiple meter-valve assemblies to communicate through a single control panel. This approach eliminates the field disadvantages encountered in establishing a wired communication infrastructure and provides a significant cost advantage for the project.
Another new development in this project is the ability to separately record information such as water allocation details for four different farmers, irrigation authorization time intervals, water allocation amounts, remaining and used balances on each meter-valve assembly.
With this development, a single hydrant with dual outlets can serve 8 different independent users (farmers), who can use it according to their respective authorizations and allocations. All of these processes can now be separately controlled and managed by the central management system for each user (farmer).

Smart Irrigation and Centralized Management-Based Digital Water Management

Meteorological parameters and soil moisture By integrating soil moisture into the automation system, it plans water usage based on the soil's needs with its own algorithm. an autonomous system and at the same time Centralized Management Based, GIS Based Digitalized Water Management It is the first of its kind in its category with its creation. Instantaneous rainfall, soil water requirement Parameters that determine irrigation planning, such as water flow, are monitored online by the central management and water planning is made according to these current data, which may vary. can be reshaped in the most efficient way.

In an irrigation area that is currently receiving rainfall, an irrigation area that has been allocated and has been authorized for that period of time autonomous system Water usage beyond the real need has been prevented through rotation changes such as postponing the allocation due to rainfall or transferring it to a later date with a planning revision even though it has the authority and allocation for a parcel with a level where the soil moisture does not require water in that period. both water saving is achieved both Agricultural productivity has been maximized by irrigating the actual needs of the plant pattern..
At the same time, farmers, within the framework of irrigation planning, within the time period and amount authorized either with smart cards at the field or with mobile access devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers. They have reached the comfort of being able to irrigate from anywhere in the world..

Instant Monitoring and Effective Irrigation Control

Uses outside of irrigation planning that were frequently seen in the past (Illegal use through physical harm) through central management Detection of usage other than those authorized for instant irrigation by farmers through warnings through could be completely prevented. This matter has contributed to water saving, and the grievances experienced by our farmers due to interrupted irrigation when the water in the line drops below a certain pressure due to more farmers using water at the same time than planned. has been eliminated.

The water used by the farmer can be kept under instant control, Preventing the farmer or irrigation technician from going beyond the planning by using personal initiative, and being compatible with modern irrigation techniques as an infrastructure. To ensure soil fertility and water usage at the most effective level by using water in proportion to the actual needs of each field. gibi avantajlar sağlamıştır.

Purpose of the project

  • Providing rotation/sequential water supply based on subscriber management on GIS base based on remote management of irrigation from common SAVs in agricultural irrigation networks.
  • Instantaneous variables (meteorological status, water reserve, reasons for impact, plant patterns, etc.) monitoring and management through the system, realizing agricultural irrigation plans and ensuring the establishment of agricultural irrigation enterprises.
  • Providing instant irrigation monitoring
  • Ensuring that the plant pattern is monitored from pre-planting through declaration until harvest. (Ensuring product supply security)
  • Ensuring efficient use of scarce water resources
  • The information about the planted product received at the farmer's declaration stage is processed into the system, in proportion to the need for the planted product. Completely preventing unnecessary water consumption by ensuring water allocation
  • Ensuring that water distribution among farmers is done fairly and in a planned manner with the automation system.
  • Farmers' water usage from DSI and Union headquarters ensuring planning and follow-up
  • Savings in water usage by controlling costs such as human resources, fuel, vehicles and energy.
  • With the union management screen; recording factors such as declaration, planning, consumption, production, and forwarding them to the relevant units, Providing water management based on instant data
  • Determining the consumption difference between the total meter and subscriber meters
  • Ensuring time and authorization tracking of transactions and interventions
  • Ability to manage separate systems such as prepaid or consumption-based together
  • Sabotage, intervention, consumption, pressure and usage status alarms are instantly monitored by relevant persons to ensure the most effective water management.
